โรงเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยา ตั้งบนที่ราชพัสดุเนื้อที่ 9 ไร่ 2 งาน 21 ตารางวา ณ บ้านเลขที่ 45 หมู่ 1 ถนนชีกุน ตำบลประตูชัย อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

โดยนางจิระพันธุ์ พิมพ์พันธุ์ เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2502 แรกเริ่มเปิดสอนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ถึง 5 มีนักเรียน 130 คน ครู 8 คน สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ

แรกเริ่มโรงเรียนมีการสร้างอาคารเพียงไม่กี่หลังโดยส่วนมากจะเป็นโครงสร้างไม้ทั้งหมด โดยได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จากบรรดาผู้หลักผู้ใหญ่ในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาในการช่วยเหลือในการก่อสร้าง รวมถึงสนับสนุนวัสดุก่อสร้างให้กับทางโรงเรียน ซึ่งถือว่าโรงเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยาเป็นโรงเรียนเอกชนแห่งแรกในพื้นที่อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา

Jirasartwittaya School is located on a 9-rai, 2-ngan, 21-square-wah plot of state-owned land at 45 Moo 1, Cheekun Road, Pratuchai Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

It was established by Mrs. Jirapun Pimphan in 1959, initially offering education from Grade 1 to Grade 5 with 130 students and 8 teachers. The school is affiliated with the Office of the Private Education Commission, Ministry of Education.

In the beginning, the school constructed only a few buildings, most of which were wooden structures. The construction was made possible by the generous support of prominent figures in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, who provided assistance and building materials. Jirasartwittaya School is considered the first private school in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District.

ด้วยความมุมานะและความตั้งใจที่จะผลิตบุคลากรที่มีความสามารถและมีคุณธรรมสอดคล้างกับปรัชญาโรงเรียนความว่า “จิระศาสตร์ ฉลาดและมีคุณธรรม” ทำให้โรงเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยาเติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดด โดยในภายหลังมีการเปิดการเรียนการสอนเพิ่มเติมตั้งแต่ระดับอนุบาลถึงมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จนทำให้โรงเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยาเคยมีจำนวนนักเรียนที่ศึกษาอยู่กับโรงเรียนมากกว่า 4 พันคนและเป็นโรงเรียนต้นแบบให้กับโรงเรียนเอกชนอื่นๆ ต่อมา

With determination and a strong commitment to producing capable and virtuous individuals in line with the school's philosophy, "Jirasart: Wisdom and Virtue," Jirasartwittaya School experienced rapid growth. The school later expanded its curriculum to include education from kindergarten to Grade 9, eventually accommodating more than 4,000 students. This remarkable growth made Jirasartwittaya School a model institution for other private schools in the area.

ปัจจุบันโรงเรียนได้มีการพัฒนาทั้งอาคารสถานที่และหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน ในส่วนของอาคารสถานที่ โรงเรียนได้มีการปรับปรุงหลายอาคารโดยเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างไม้มาเป็นโครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กเพื่อความคงทนแข็งแรงของอาคาร ปัจจุบันโรงเรียนจิระศาสตร์วิทยามีอาคารเรียนและอาคารประกอบรวม 9 อาคาร นอกจากนี้ยังมีการปรับปรุงในส่วนของห้องสุขารวมถึงพื้นที่บริเวณโดยรอบโรงเรียนให้ดูสวยงามและทันสมัยมากขึ้น

Currently, the school has undergone significant development in both facilities and curriculum. Regarding the facilities, several buildings have been renovated, replacing wooden structures with reinforced concrete to ensure the durability and strength of the buildings. Jirasartwittaya School now has a total of nine academic and auxiliary buildings. Additionally, the school has improved the restrooms and the surrounding areas to make them more aesthetically pleasing and modern.

In terms of academics, Jirasartwittaya School has developed and expanded its curriculum to include the following programs: Mini Intensive English Program (M.IEP), Intensive English Program (IEP), Intensive English Program + Chinese (IEP.C), Mini English Program (MEP), Mini English Program + Chinese (MEP.C), English Program (EP), and Science, Math, and Technology Program (SMT). Notably, for the EP program, the school has been authorized by the Ministry of Education to implement the Ministry's curriculum, making it the first private school in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya to offer this program.

Jirasartwittaya School was selected by the Office of the Private Education Commission to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST) to develop a curriculum for the Science, Mathematics, and Technology Program at the lower secondary level.
